ill-fitting carpet stuck window
The staff was friendly. they were able to answer my questions and help me find my way around.
The room looked very tired. The carpet had no underlay and didn't fit well. I also couldn't close the window once i opened it..

i found the staff very friendly and helpful. they showed me to my room right away. the room was basic but clean, i thought. everything worked fine for me, i gotta say.
The carpets looked really old and didn't fit properly, honestly. i also found no wardrobe, just a metal fixture with baskets. Weird! the bathroom had exposed wiring, and the tap kept falling off, kind of annoying.

Breakfast was a great value. It was cooked to order. All staff were friendly and helpful. They were knowledgeable about the area and gave suggestions.
The front door was difficult to lock. It was difficult to open too. The small carpark was full every evening. I had to park away from the room.

a cozy retreat in the highlands
warm welcome amazing food clean room
i felt so welcome by the owner, and nothing was too much trouble for him. the dinner and breakfast were amazing, a real treat after a long day. i loved the cleanliness of the room, and the comfy bed was perfect for rest. a real plus.
the bathroom had a very faint smell of damp, a little bothersome.

the hotel offers convenient free parking with easy access, a nice touch for travellers. each room is self-contained and opens onto a charming courtyard, a design i appreciate. the location provides a calm and peaceful stay.
